Ari Greus, M. Sc. in Engineering, is the Managing Director of Excellence Finland Consulting Oy. Ari has a long career in international business in various tasks including R&D, project management, management system development and general management. In addition to Finland Ari has been positioned in Japan, Germany and Brazil. His tasks have taken him frequently to China and North-America. Ari speaks seven languages including fluent Japanese and Portuguese.
As a consultant Ari has, among other things, developed and implemented a risk management program for a high technology company sourcing manufacturing capacity from its competitors. In this program companies in China, India, Brazil, Spain and Germany were evaluated for their risk level.
During his working career in a Finnish multinational company, in addition to his other tasks, Ari was in charge of building one multi-site management system covering 40 sites in 30 countries for ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO18001.
In another multinational company, which he served, Ari built a worldwide competence network for electrical machines maintenance, serving customers mainly in developing countries.
Through his working career, mainly in companies providing services and technical solutions in international businesses, Ari has learned a very pragmatic and open minded approach to whatever challenges he is given.
