Business Analysts are required to contribute to a project by completing a Business Requirements Document that defines the needs of customers and all other stakeholders. The Business Requirements Document guides the project team to consider the how the project will impact customers and other stakeholders. |

Session Focus |

Participants will explore various techniques to gather stakeholder and customer requirements through discussions, exercises and case examples. As well, they will analyze and document these identified requirements. The outcome will be the completion of a Business Requirements Document (BCD) required as a foundation for a project plan. |
