Overview

Coaching staff is on-going process that is an essential leadership skill for management of staff performance. Coaching provides continuous feedback to an employee about how they are doing.

Session Focus

Find out how to turn a group of individuals into a team that is highly motivated with leadership coaching.  This highly participative workshop uses case examples, exercises and discussions designed specifically for Supervisors, Managers and other leaders to improve their coaching skills.
