Creating and Sustaining an Innovation Steering Committee

Leaders throughout your organization have to work together to transform the existing corporate culture so that it is more innovative.  These leaders will form a powerful guiding coalition that will become the Innovation Steering Committee.  They will oversee the entire journey of innovation and be responsible for driving the entire innovationn change process, constantly monitoring it to make sure that it stays on track.

The Innovation Steering Committee will provide the necessary planning and controlling to ensure success.  They must know how to prioritize innovations, resource innovation teams and ensure that all ideas and visions are captured and given to various innovation teams.

This session will help ou create your Innovation Steering Committee.  We will coach you through your initial meetings to ensure that the committee defines its purpose and mandate and develops clear roles and responsibilities as well as measurable change success measures. We will help the committee to create a shared definition of innovation to help the entire organization innovate.  This is because, without this, it will be very difficult for employees to understand innovation or implement it.
