This engaging workshop will use specific cases and examples from each of the participants to focus on their customer relationship issues, challenges and concerns and how these are currently being managed.
Participants will engage in discussions and exercises that will help them to understand how to apply the relationship management process and analyze actual relationship management situations to move from a basic understanding through to the development of preferred and recommended solutions and implementation. |
