Our precursor course, "Using Microsoft Project™" teaches the most commonly applied features of Microsoft Project™ software. This course provides further instruction for those people who want to explore some advanced techniques. You may want to have taken the basic 1-day program, "Using Microsoft Project™" to be able to benefit from this program.

| This half-day workshop goes deeper into the areas of plan setup, tracking and reporting. We also explore techniques for using MS Project at an organizational level. Each participant brings their own project plan on disk and has the opportunity to use the techniques that are demonstrated on their own plan. Plenty of time is available for discussion and problem solving.
