| In this highly participative workshop, participants will work on cases to help them understand how to manage projects on a more advanced level. This includes: managing project risk, handling change within projects, managing various team structures, on-going project reporting and communications, earned value analysis, and project close and evaluation. Individuals who have already completed the "Project Management: Effective Planning, Execution and Control" workshop or had similar training on the topic of Project Management will benefit most from this workshop.

| Project managers and team members engaged in the management of project risk as well as the management of project issues and change. You should already have a basic working knowledge of Project Management. |
