Managing Change and Communications in a Project

Overview

The one thing that always stays the same in project management is change. Sooner or later, something will blindside your plan of attack and force you to change your plans. A change in project scope may mean additional resources and your budget may not be able to afford it. Team morale may plummet. When changes are inevitable you need a formal process to incorporate these changes into the project plan so that project delivery is successful.
