Managing Change and Communications in a Project |
Overview |
The one thing that always stays the same in project management is change. Sooner or later, something will blindside your plan of attack and force you to change your plans. A change in project scope may mean additional resources and your budget may not be able to afford it. Team morale may plummet. When changes are inevitable you need a formal process to incorporate these changes into the project plan so that project delivery is successful. |
