Creating and Sustaining the Quality Management Committee

Overview

 

A successful quality management program is very likely one that is well organized, planned, and supported.  A quality management committee provides the necessary planning and controlling to ensure success.  They must know how to prioritize quality strategies, resource quality initiatives and make sure that all quality initiatives are aligned with corporate strategies.

Session Focus

 

This workshop immerses participants in the process of creating a quality management committee.  Through various exercises and case studies they will understand the challenges that can be encountered in sustaining the committee and address the opportunities that the committee can provide to the organization.  Because each quality management committee is different, we tailor this workshop to the specific needs of the organization.
