Business Improvement Architects works with organizations on new project launches to ensure a complete and successful start. Getting a project off the ground requires examination of the requirements of the project launch before it happens and ensuring that a comprehensive and detailed project plan is in place. The process begins by taking the project manager and project team (if one is required for the project) through an overview of the entire project management process to ensure they have a complete understanding of how to successfully manage the project from beginning to end.
Business Improvement Architects then works with the project manager and team, through the Project Definition Stage of the project. This includes:
- A review of the project charter,
- Development of the project team (if applicable),
- Development of the project scope statement, and
- Completion of a stakeholder analysis.
After the Project Definition Stage, Business Improvement Architects works with the project manager and team through the Project Planning Stage, which includes the:
- Development of the detailed project plan,
- Identification of project milestones
- Identification of the critical path.
We can also assist with:
- The input of the project plan into project management software, and
- Ensure that on-going reporting and controlling mechanisms are in place for continued project success.
