The "Executive Leadership Index (ELI©)" provides executives an opportunity to receive feedback on their performance from 'Direct Reports', 'Peers/Colleagues', 'the executive's Manager(s)' and 'Self'. It utilizes eleven well-researched competencies associated with executives who effectively lead organizations or business units. Feedback is collected in a manner that respects the confidentiality of those providing the feedback.
The eleven competencies are: Establishing Focus, Strategic Thinking, Managing Performance, Business Acumen, Management of Attention, Working with and Influencing Others, Building Collaborative Relationships, Emotional Resilience, Interpersonal Awareness, Management of Self, and Developing Others.
The ELI report consists of three sets of results:
- For each of the eleven competencies a 'feedback score' (manager + direct reports + peers) is derived together with a benchmark score for each competency that is compared to the extensive database.
- A mini-graph for each of the 55 questions that indicates the spread of scores from all respondents. A 'feedback score' is also included which gives the leader a point of comparison on every question compared to the database.
- A Feedback Activity containing the written comments (on the client's selected questions) from all respondents.
