Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS©)

The Management Effectiveness Profile System (MEPS©) is a "self "and 360° competency measurement. Managers and five significant "others" answer questions about the manager's competency with fourteen managerial skills including Participation, Delegating and Time Management.

The MEPS© profile has been developed and tested carefully and is extensively used. It meets rigorous academic and psychometric standards, while being practical and easy to apply.

Index of Leadership Performance (ILP©) and nav-i-ga-tor©

Many individuals and organizations attempt to manage leadership performance on the basis of personality. However, research clearly points out that one cannot change personality. Rather, individuals can only change behaviours and actions. Although personality may drive the behaviour of an individual, performance improvement can only occur through an individual's understanding of how they behave and the actions they take in various situations.
Index of Leadership Performance (ILP©) and nav-i-ga-tor© The ILP© is a feedback instrument using eleven leadership actions and practices and has been developed with 15 years of research. The instrument generates 360 degree feedback from team members/direct reports, peers, leader's manager and self. It is presented in a graphical format together with percentiles based upon a large data base (normative data).

The Index of Leadership Performance comes with a 64-page book, navigator©, to assist the feedback recipient analyze their results. There is a chapter dedicated to each of the eleven actions/practices associated with effective leadership, together with hundreds of 'how tools' to provide practical answers, actions and steps to help the manager in their development.

The leadership practices measured include: Vision, Goals and Objects, Model the Way/Quality Standards, Looking for a Better Way, Communication, Feedback, Rewards & Recognition, Building Relationships, Delegation, Participative Management, Individual Development,Job Satisfaction.
