The ILP© is a feedback instrument using eleven leadership actions and practices and has been developed with 15 years of research. The instrument generates 360 degree feedback from team members/direct reports, peers, leader's manager and self. It is presented in a graphical format together with percentiles based upon a large data base (normative data).
The Index of Leadership Performance comes with a 64-page book, navigator©, to assist the feedback recipient analyze their results. There is a chapter dedicated to each of the eleven actions/practices associated with effective leadership, together with hundreds of 'how tools' to provide practical answers, actions and steps to help the manager in their development.
