The TLI© utilizes eleven competencies associated with people who lead teams effectively. It has been developed with ten years of research. This instrument generates 360 degree feedback from team members, peers, team leader manager and self. It is presented in a graphical format together with percentiles based upon the extensive data base (norms).
The Team Leader Index comes with a 48-page book, The Art of Leading a Team© to assist the feedback recipient analyze their results. There is a chapter dedicated to each of the eleven competencies together with hundreds of "how tools" to provide practical answers, actions and steps to help the leader in their development.
